'Ripple Beach'

design and build

‘Every time we see the garden it makes us smile. Can’t wait to see the planting grow and develop through the seasons. Look forward to sitting in the new seating areas, enjoying the sun at different times of the day and appreciating the different views and smells. Thank you Andy and Lou for dreaming up this design which reflects who we are and fits our stage of life. Thanks too for bringing it all expertly to fruition.’

‘We love our home where we have lived for more than 30 years and have enjoyed our small and peaceful back garden where we can sit and enjoy the sun and the beauty of creation. I have often wondered how it could be re-designed with less straight lines, more appropriate planting, easier maintenance, but I felt overwhelmed. Andy and Lou came to meet us, looked at the garden and our home and have come up with an exciting design that reflects who we are and our interests. I love the sea and the design reminds me of Porth when the tide goes out; it leaves large sand ripples and pools.  We look forward to seeing the project progress and watching the planting mature through its first year.’

We look forward to visiting Geoff & Rachel to see how the garden begins its first season bursting into colour, texture & form with all the grasses, evergreens, and hidden elements that are waiting to emerge in the spring/summer of this year!
