A deck in much need of a full make-over! An opportunity to provide some design ideas that would open up & maximise the space, linking indoors to out and be practical under foot. Refreshing to have clients who appreciate 'bringing the indoors out'!

Their beautiful new kitchen colours and adjoining conservatory inspired Lou to introduce them to colour outside, thus extending the colour scheme into the garden. Now with added furniture it provides a wonderful outdoor room! The decking design & orientation of the boards now makes the space appear much larger too....

Stepping out from the wooden floors inside the conservatory onto the deck is now a seamless transition and a sleek step mirroring the same angle nearer to the summerhouse, which results in an interesting negative shape of the grass (once it grows back after the heatwave!)
