‘In this strange time of fear and distancing I am extremely grateful to Lou & Andy in finding a way to plan and process the design for my garden. It was straight forward to answer their questionnaire in a phone call regarding my hopes and aspirations for the garden and helpful afterwards to follow up with an email offering my further thoughts. Whilst I had hoped to join them as they measured up and considered my garden space, distancing rules together with working from home made this impractical and I left the planning and design process to Lou & Andy. I was surprised and delighted to receive the design after only a few days. I could see that they had understood and interpreted my thoughts very well and produced a delightful design considering my aspirations, whilst at the same time incorporating their experience, vision and inspiration. I am not in a position to put the design into effect immediately, but look forward to working toward completion of my ‘Little Piece of Paradise’.
